As people are bullied by some discriminating ways such as jokes about the backgrounds, identities of different regions or just jokes about the accents or dialect. These situations happen frequently in Hanoi, especially among some groups of toxic people. As a result, caused significant consequences of provincial discrimination:
Causing disunity among civilians in a country
Creating social chaos and regional discrimination group
Boycotting and bullying the province causing mental illnesses, anxiety and depression.
Unfair treatment in different facets: job opportunities, salaries and wages, etc.
